Why a Bespoke CRM?

 

There are many 'off the shelf' CRM's available, so why bother developing another one?

 

Having a Bespoke (Tailored for You) CRM ensures that the system follows the way that you want to work rather than you following the system.  

 

We start off the process with a Consulation Visit that firstly looks at the way you work now - follow the path from lead generation, right through to accepting an order.  During this Consulation, a 'road-map' is drawn up to show the way it needs to work to suit your business.

 

For example, you may have particular milestones in your path from Lead to Sale that are vitally important to the way that you work - these will be identified during the Consulation Visits and then built into the CRM during development.  

 

Here are the main process steps :-

 

1 ... Gather Information - talk to all parties involved along the way

2 ... Assess Current Methods & Identify Opportunities

3 ... Link Opportunities to the CRM capabilities

4 ... Define the Project & Organisation Requirements (hardware, Internet capabilites etc)

5 ... Develop a workable Rollout Strategy

6 ... Start the development & deployment

 

6 ... All of the above will continually develop throghout the process.  Until you see the                      flexibilty of a Bespoke CRM, you won't fully know what questions to ask.
