Viewing the Data
Different people need different ways to look at your data.

For example, a person who allocates Appointments to a Representative would like to see those appointments on a map before allocation, equally the Representative would probably like to see a Calendar of the Appointments and then see these on a Map also.

We then create a 'Roadmap' of the proposed CRM, and we will show you all the available options for looking at your information. Thjs will also include mapping out your Staff Definitions to ensure quick and easy access to the correct parts of the System.
